The new HR model for contemporary annuals reviews, is continuous performance improvement, which is implemented through a tool called CFR’s (conversations, feedback and recognition).

CFR’s provide transparency, accountability, empowerment, and teamwork throughout all levels of the organisation. CFR’s bring the human voice of OKR’s to life.

Conversations:

- an authentic, richly textured exchange between manager and contributor, aimed at driving performance.

Feedback:

- bidirectional or networked communication among peers to evaluate progress and guide future improvement.

Recognition:

- expressions of appreciation to deserving individuals for contribution of all sizes
